okay we have finally chosen our wedding colors; black, pink, and cream. i need suggestions for flowers and theme stuff that will go with these colors. they wedding is on june 2nd. it's a nighttime wedding. please and thank you

First off, I would make an appointment with a florist ASAP. Tell her/him your color scheme and have them pull flowers in different shades of pink and cream for you. Pink is kind of a vague color, in other words, there are just soo many shades of pink..hot pink, blush, baby, rose, mauve etc etc. It's best to look at the color in person, so you don't end up with hot pink, when what you really wanted was pale pink. Your colors strike me as very french, maybe head in that direction? You don't really need a "theme" at all. Your colors will stand on their own, trust me. I picture some lovely silver bowls or vases with flowers in shades of pink and cream. Would be very elegant and pretty with candlelight! I would use black very sparingly. Good luck!

To go ultra package - Contact a linen rental company for coordinating tablecloths and chair wraps - perhaps black cover w/pink tie on chair? Calla lilies and roses are always lovely. Fish (white or mottled black/white goldfish) w/black stones in bowl is different. Simple floral arrangements are elegant - forget the huge arrangement in the middle of the table - most people will be stretching their necks to talk over the arrangement to each other. Definitely votive candles on a mirrored surface.

Go to Teleflora.com. They have ideas in pictures for you. I am a florist and we do work with Teleflora daily. And just for your info-- FTD will rip you off. We used to do work with them, but we have realized that they are all about money. You can also go to any local florist. They should have books that can give you an idea. Congrats! I got married last weekend. I got my ideas from the book that we have at the shop.

roses would look fabulous!! u can get those really deep colored rosed with pink and cream mixed in for the boquets and centerpieces. candles will mix well with pink and cream at nighttime!
