"to make sure your not sinning against him", "To ensure his Divine Plan is playing out as He planned"?
Really if he is all knowing he wouldn't need to make sure or ensure, you make this god sound as if he/she is lacking in confidence

I agree that he stopped watching. It's like when I stopped watching TV. Too much violence.

Ah, this is almost too much of a hassle to even express, but here goes.
Since God is past, present, future, then he is an eternal present. So his mode of knowledge is seeing.
So to answer your question, why would he see if he already knows? The answer is, he knows because he sees.
It's like watching a baseball game. You see the action, but you don't cause it. So God foresees what will happen, but does not cause the action (hence free will)
Use your imagination. Yes, it's kind of like science-ficiton, but there's also logic to it. And no, it would not be the same if you replaced God with unicorn, because then you'd be talking about a unicorn, and not God.

To ensure his Divine Plan is playing out as He planned, and His Kingdom is established on Earth as in Heaven. It is happening, it is Within You.

Everyone makes choices ends up at a destination...like a switch at the train tracks. We still choose and we still end up at some destination.

That's a really good question...to tell you the absolute truth, I really don't know the exact answer for it. I imagine that God enjoys seeing us react to what happens and what has happened cause even though he knows...we don't know whats going to happen.

because He loves us very very very much. more than you could ever know or understand. you can see this when He says He is a very jealous God. if you loved someone that much you would probably watch too.

You are mixing time bound and timeless language, and creating difficulty where none (logically) exists.
