This only works if you have this machine available. Find in a gym the assisted pull up/chin up/dip machine. This machine should be adjusted to the weight of the person on it. If you increase the weight for resistance, rather than decrease it as normal for this particular piece of equipment, you can do push downs. Keep one foot on the bar and just press. It can look funny if you are the first in the gym to do it, but I have everyone at mine doing it. It works the quad, the hamstring and the glute in a way that can only help you jump. Try not holding on to the dip bar, and you are working your core. Good Luck!

What I did was jump on boxes. You start with one really low to the ground, preferably ankle heigth. Then as it gets easier jump onto higher and higher boxes. It may take some time but it will work.
For quickness you could run suicides. They're easier on a basketball court, you run to the free throw line, then back,
then half-court and back, then 3/4 free throw line and back, then run across the court and back. While you do it have someone time you and try to beat your best time. Then when your ready start running on soccer field. It gives you quickness and build your stamina.
Also to get quick feet you can jump rope, or draw a line on the floor and as fast as you can jump side to side over the line. It really helps.

You need to work your calf muscles.
There are special machines to do this. They basically put wight on your shoulders, and you have to stand on your tip toes to do the exercise.
In the gym, you can use a normal leg press machine to do this as well. Also, stand on your tip toes repeatedly while doing squats.
Also, jumping is a good idea, too!
