Must I give credit card billing statements & a sign authorised form to any comp who got pd cash to get item?

A well known comp. is requesting an authorised signed form, and copies of credit card billing statements, or else I can not get service I paid for through Weatern Union.Because of Internet fraud their bank needs this and they will distroy it when finished with it.

Yes but you can protect yourself by blocking out with permanment marker part if not all of your account number as long as your name and mailing address is visable they must accept it.
