The best place to find one is at your local community college. The cost per credit is very low compared to a 4 year university. Plus nursing is one of the fields where there is a lot of scholarships out there for those who want to become a nurse.

Truly low cost?
Try the Navy or the Army. If you score high enough on the test, they'll put you through school. (And the army nusing school in Texas is excellent)

check with your junior colleges in your area. most of them offer nursing and emt programs that have low cost.
and, if you are a returning student or displaced homemaker, they may be able to help with the money as well.
good luck! nursing is an honorable and NEEDED profession!
