Bronx,Queens... There are many depending on how far you want to be from Manhattan. Areas on the south shore of long island are inexpensive(more inexpensive comparatively to other areas) , areas in Queens are inexpensive but at times dangerous haha. If you were to move to Queens move to a good area--> Bay Side,Whitestone,Douglaston,Forest Hills.. These are great areas where you can into at a reasonable price.

Inexpensive around New York? If there are any, you would not want to live there.
