I CRY ALL THE TIME over this situation. My best friend says it's no big deal, and that there's someone out there for me, too, but I'm IN LOVE with this guy, and he likes her.

I don't want to mess up our best friendship, but, oh, I don't know. I'm just really jealous. I love this guy, but he only likes me as one of his really close friends.

My best friend says there are more fish in the sea, and that there's someone out there for me, but right now I just don't feel that it's true.

I just wish when I liked a guy, maybe sometimes he liked me back.

Instead of focusing on him, focus on opening your eyes to other people, actively work at it. Whenver you start to think of him, cut it off. If you don't it will hurt both you and the friendship, because bitterness has a way of leaking into things. It will come with time, and sometimes that hurts, but in the end its very worth it!!

i know there's the whole "chicks before *****" thing going on, and it IS really important to keep your friendship, but if your friend was really your friend, she'd consider your feelings too. saying there's more fish in the sea is a way for her to try to cheer you up, but if she knows you well enough and understands that you really really want this guy, she would help. at the same time, if you were really her friend, you'd understand that she likes this guy too and that she has a chance with him. just keep that in mind and the best thing to do is to wait for the guy to decide. it may seem like he likes your friend right now, but there's always the chance that he could stop. i know this part from experience, so don't worry. things will still work out; it just takes time

This Is a really difficult problem,so many people before you have shared this burden as well.Though their is really not any perfect answers.Their might be hope in the fact that number-1.At least he was honest enough to tell you the truth, and not string you along with deceptions. And 2.Seems to me that you should find yourself fortunate their for the world can be an ugly place, but only if you allow it to be.And your girlfriend gave you good advise about their being someone out their for you. Now let me please offer you some advise as well.Dint try to make things happen, but allow them to happen .Because (GOD) has already chosen who you will be with. And that person will come into your life all in good time.

THERE are ALWAYS more FISH in the SEA!

Maybe one day he will like you back! Give him a Decade to be fully prepared! You may change your mind by then anyhue! or your friendship will have grown....either way....

Things have a way of coming full circle when the time is right!

There are so many potential boyfriends out there who you'll fall in love with, dump, cry over, laugh at until you find your match....it's harder to find best friends who will be there to share it all with. I know it hurts now, but it'll hurt more in the long run to lose one of your "sisters" over it.
