I am outraged that the children of illegal aliens are being given tuition breaks in ten states including Texas, California, New York, etc. What is wrong with our state governments that they would give precious college funds to children of people who broke the law to come here and most Americans wish would leave? In the name of political correctness, we are systematically destroying our country. I have no problem with legal immigrants, but we are consistently rewarding those that break our laws. When will Americans wake up to this problem and be willing to deport these people?

because we work the hardest for the education n we dont take it 4 granted..n people like you feel threatened by us..if we work hard n we deserve it why would u want 2 take it away??..after all we r only making america a better place..were becoming doctors,dentists .lawyers...anything u want 2 name..were DOING it!!ur just being arrogant!!thats not tolerant 4 any reason..what r u gonna tell me about that??NADA nothing!!

Because many of the children of illegal immigrants are also American citizens. And even if the kids are illegal residents many of them will marry, pay taxes, have children, GET JOBS, buy homes, etc etc.... in this country-so the gov is just helping them out so they'll stay here. Also, while going to school I noticed many of the kids with immigrant parents did MUCH better then the kids here-we want our brightest minds in the U.S. don't we?

I have wondered that myself. They should have to pay [if allowed to attend at all] out of state tuition AFTER paying back the State/Fed the money +interest it cost to pay for their primary education.
I have always heard that criminals were not permitted to profit from their crimes. I guess that law only applies to American criminals.

Not in Arizona, we just passed law that they have to pay out of state tuition rates which comes out to about $16,000 plus dollars a year to go a university here, thanks god the state of Arizona is finally passing laws to make illegals not feel so welcome cross the border illegally!!

I agree with you 100%. It is sick and the sad part is that we are losing more of our country every day. The lawmakers need to start realizing WHO they are representing and quite kissing up to the lawbreakers.
