soo i have heard about the kids not far from my home locking a cat and small dog in their oven and 'cooking' them.. there were scrath marks on the inside glass and so on, also people use dogs for gunfire practice... what do you think should be the punishment for these HORRIBLE people..

Most serial killers started out torturing animals. People who lack empathy in general can commit some pretty heinous crimes.
They should be put in jail for the rest of their lives.

This is terrible ! Call the authorities, animal control, anyone who will listen. Tell them what you have heard or seen. Let them investigate and pray that those kids never lay a hand on an animal again! I hope they are punished good!

I think they should be captured and tortured. Unfortunately with animal cruelty cases they get a slap on the wrist and are backing doing the same thing a little later. Google the story of a boy from Vermont who sexualyy assaulted his neighbors dog, which later died! He didn't get sh*t for punishment.

I'd like to see them get stiff sentences. Unfortunately, judges can only sentence scum suckers like this by the rule of law. And the sentences are always just a slap on the wrist. I think a better punishment would be to let someone take them behind a wood shed and beat the crap out of them.

That is HORRIBLE! I like animals much much more than most people. I absolutely detest people who abuse animals in any many. IF it were up to me I'd lock them in the oven and bake them at about 425 degrees for at least an hour, then I'd take them out and shoot them. An eye for an eye in my book.

I think they should go to jail because no animal should be treated that way. Mean or Nice. You should have it there to love you and you love it back. I think they should be punished and get fine on them for them never to have animal in there life. That's just wrong, that just made me cry right now. I hate people who are like that.

PERSONALLY I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!! THEY MAKE ME SO MAD/SICK! I THINK ALL PEOPLE WHO TREAT ANY OTHER LIVING THING IN SUCH A WAY SHOULD BE GIVEN SOME OF THE TREATMENT THEY DISH OUT! Equal opportunist retalliation....The kids need psychiatric evaluations..the parents need to hire a good sitter and the shooters need to go to the nearest Department store and buy a foam deer tatget....Or shoot themselves to acquaint their skin with the feeling of searing hot lead.
