One of my chickens, she looks like a vulture, but I don't exactly know what kind of chicken she is, :-)
Well she just started acting all Odd, she weighed like NoThinG for a Long time, now she weighs a little, but she can't Walk!

She has trouble bringing herself up, I can pick her up and she can stand, somewhat, but I have to transport her from the nest to outside and back, all she does outside is sit anyways, at least when i'm looking ;-)

Oh, also, before she seemed to be like gagging :'( and she couldn't bring her head down without liquid coming out of her throat, but that was when she weighed so light,

now she is heavier, but the problem is that she wakes up in the morning and doesn't get out of her nest then when i come
home i either find her in the nest or she got outside, but she is in a very odd position that she can't get up from,

she fell or something, but then I help her up, it's even hard for me getting her up and all , Please help me,Thanks so much guys!

First, I think you have a turken. It's not a cross between a turkey and a chicken, it's a pure chicken but they have no feathers on their necks.

It sounds like she has some form of neurological injury. I would suggest that you ask here http://p072.ezboard.com/fbackyardchickensfrm8 - there have been birds belonging to members with similar complaints that have made full recoveries.

You have a naked neck chicken. It sounds like your bird has gone from the first stages of an illness into chronic illness. This happens with any number of bird diseases.

Take her in for testing. Most illnesses of this type require euthanising the bird because the illness can spread to wild animals and other farm stock.

Or maybe it's something that can be treated with antibiotics.

But, you need to get testing done.

That sounds like a very sick or very old chicken .

If she is very very old just make her as comfortable as you can , or if she is in pain , kill her humanely.

If its a young bird take it to a vet , or if you are in a country area , there may be a livestock agent that can help you.

If she is starting to gain weight she might be recovering , it might help to put her in a cage , with food and water and make sure she stays warm while she recovers.

1. Call her over to you
2. Grab her firmly around the neck and start spinning her around in the air until you hear a pop or two
3. Dispose of her or have her for dinner

The alternative is that you can continue to allow her to suffer I guess
