Legitimate question, so I don't know why so many negative responses on here.
From what I understand, it is an issue of the fellator's attitude, taste, consistency, and gag reflex. You may be able to change the taste (I've heard) by eating or drinking more sweet stuff (such as pineapple juice) and less things like broccoli, asparagus, etc.
Attitude & reflex will have to change from your partner's perspective, and consistency is probably only affected by staying hydrated.
But the bottom line is, some women just aren't going to like it. I would hope that doesn't affect an otherwise healthy relationship, but talk to your partner.
And for those who refer to it as "nasty" and so on... ISN'T THAT SPECIAL! It's no nastier than vaginal fluids, so lay off the "church lady" attitudes! Just because someone wants to have a fulfilling sexual relationship with their partner doesn't make them dirty, sick or a pervert! We all have our turn-ons and turn-offs, don't put someone else down if theirs are different.

Do you like all the same foods as the women you date? All the same activities? Probably not.
Just because you like, or don't mind, a particular sexual activity doesn't mean your partner will like reciprocating it. Sex should never feel obligatory so put your face where you like (if she's okay with it) because you want to, not because you expect her to do the same for you...that's up to her and her preferences.
And perhaps if you changed your diet, your semen would be more palatable...there are foods you can eat to make it tastier (and those that make it unappealing). Do some research.
