Depends on how serious the relationship was before I found that out. Having children of my own -- as opposed to raising someone else's -- was important to me when I was single (my wife and I now have a beautiful 5-year-old boy). But if she had been sterile, I might very well have looked for someone else.
That is just one man's opinion, however. Other men would feel differently; some would choose to give up their desire for children from their own loins, others don't want children at all (they would be _relieved_ to learn that their girlfriends were sterile). The real question is, does the man in your life (if any) know about your situation and, if so, how does he feel about it? What he has to say should matter to you far more than the opinions of total strangers.

ask yourself: Do you love this girl?
If the answer is yes, then almost nothing should drive you apart. There are many alternatives to having children; adoption, artificial insemination, etc.
The main question that you need to answer is if you want to be with this girl. Is she worth being with even though you are forced to take the alternative to having children? I personally have been with my GF for 3 years and absolutely love her to death, I'd do anything for her. If i were to find out that she can't have kids, then yes it would be a let down, but she is the love of my life and I would be at her side through anything.
Figure out if this is the girl for you, do you love her, do you want to spend your life with her, etc. If you can answer yes to this questions and you think that this is the one & only girl for you, then I suggest staying with her, it would be what you want anyway.
Once you have figured that out, then you can decide on what to do about the child situation.

Only if having children were super important to me.
But since I don't want children, it's not.

no. if i love her, then i'll accept everything about her. plus, if we really want children, there are plenty of children looking for a good home.

I would not leave her for such a reason.
There is always adoption.
