Great Question - thank you for it
Just asking shows that God works in your life
I was on a spiritual conference in Houston, TX this week with my wife - and there are a few things which are always very difficult for me in my own walk with Christ.
The first is letting go of my own attempts to control life - I know and understand that we can never eally do that 100%, but it sure is tempting. But God wants us to cast all our worries on him, and have faith and trust him
The other is that taking care of your family is probably the most important ministry you can do for the Lord. I know that many many Chrstians wonder what Gods plan for them is and how they can progress their good works in the Kingdom through the right ministry. Taking care of your family is a great start
God Bless you

He taught me that nothing is free, that I must live and survive in this world by my wits alone, that if I ask Him for something I should not be suprised if I dont recieve it, He taught me to be self reliant. But He also taught me to be brave, to tell the truth, to be upright in my dealings with others, and to safeguard the helpless. By making my life a hard road to travel He has given me the most important gift of all, Morals. Why is this his most important gift? Because in this world there is a serious lack of morals and the void keeps getting bigger, mores the pity. So, heres to what we learn from day to day may it improve the quality of life for us or someone else!

I started this q & a friday and I have seen alot of hate and ignorance .
I know there are people out there who are sincere.
God has taught me even more so that His Word is Truth, because other things are just unbelievable.
I'm so glad i ran across this site, because it makes me know even more that I made the right decision and my faith is growing stronger.
God knows how to draw His children closer to Him.
The grass might be greener on the other side, but you might not have a lawnmower to keep it from taking over you.
On this side I have my Jesus taking care of everything.

To relax in the Holy Spirit, and just trust Him.
I was ill most of the week and had a sermon to prepare as a guest speaker. I was struggling and finally just 'let go'.
As I gave the message and throughout it I relaxed more and more...
At the end a gentleman came to the altar... and shared that the message was exactly tailored to his need at that time.
It was so awesome to be used that way and to know that God had reached out to that man in his time of need, in such a straightforward way.

That I can not pick and choose my own sins to live by, I told a guy who was pushing the whole sex thing on me that I would not sleep with him because it was a sin, he gladly informed me of several sins I do commit and made me realize i was being a hypocrite, it makes me want to strive to eliminate all sin from my life, god is so good and I want to go to heaven, plus I just read a book called Divine revelation of hell, wow if you havent read it buy it, it is an eye opener God bless you

The Lord showed me how important prayer is and that prayer is very powerful. Prayer shakes up the heavens & Gods power is released and comes down. Some prayers we need to not give up. The Lord is awesome!

God teaches me and guides me everyday. I lost my hearing about 5 years ago. I have tried my best to stay positive, knowing God would answer me as to why. Today I was sharing my frustrations with a friend and he said you can work with Deaf kids and help them to know God.
The Deaf community is the 4th largest unreached people group in the world.
I received my answer from God through my friend. I'm truly blessed.

Life goes on beyond this. Through death there is influence and positive results. His love never leaves you. This is what God has taught me today. This week? God has show me that there is no such thing as coincidences.

He got me back into reading the Bible by bringing me to this section. Anyone whose out here to make Christians not believe lost their battle with me. This has made my faith stronger than ever.
