How come Christians will only believe those visions that are in accord with the Bible? What if God came to you and said something in contradiction to the Bible? You wouldn't believe it? No Christian would? It's Satan? The Bible is true because it says it is true? Does your faith lie in God or in the words of fallible men?

This is very good question.

This is exactly what happened to a Polish nunn called St. Faustina.

She regularly saw visions and received orders from Christ. One time, an order disagreed with what the church and his confessor beleived was right. This is what she said:

"I will follow Your will insofar as You wil permit me to do so through Your representative. O my Jesus I give priority to the voice of the Church over the voice with which you speak to me."

Her visions were later accepted by the Church. Pope John Paul II cannonized her as the first saint of the new millenium. He declared spreading her devotion his personal mission.

My faith is in God and His Holy Bible, which by way was written by the inspiration of God through the authors of the books within the Bible.

No, God does NOT contradict Himself.

Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord." - Proverbs 12:22

The word 'abomination' means God hates it so much that he'll not have anything to do with it whatsoever, and yet we read that he himself puts a lying spirit into his own prophets.....

"Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee." - 1 Kings 22:23

He causes people to believe in delusions and lies.....

"God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned." - 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12

"And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel." - Ezekiel 14:9

By his own admission, God himself causes them to lie and then destroys them for it.

Common sense alone makes the Bible look schizophrenic

"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" - 2 Peter 3:9.

In 2 Thessalonians, these people have NO chance to receive the “good word”, because god is purposely preventing them from doing so.

"God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned." - 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
Some people use their logic to formulate conclusions,
and some people use conclusions to formulate their logic.

People of this day and age twist the facts gradually, to make it seem different than what it really is. God cannot contridict himself, the Bible is set in affect. Everything that tries to contridict it is just someone twisting the facts.
