Heat more than likely is causing your rash. Also, it could be the type of deodorant that you are using.
After taking your shower or bath, let your underarms dry thoroughly. To speed the process, raise your arms up by your air-conditioner or fan until they dry. Then apply your deodorant and do the same thing. That is, thoroughly let your deodorant dry under your armpits by the air-conditioner or fan. If this doesn't help you then change your deodorant, but still dry your armpits the same way that I have mentioned to you. Keep your armpits free from moisture.
If this continues to happen to you, especially in the summertime, your doctor can write out a prescription for you to get a cream that will knock that rash out in one day. You can also use this cream in the crotch area.

It might be the razor you are using. I once had a bacteria infection which looked like a rash under my arm from a brace I was wearing from a broken collar bone. If it doesn't go away after you switch razors and deodorant, you should go to the doctor and he probably would prescribe antibiotics

definatly the deodorant, most of the times it's not caused by brands but switching from spray to gel unless it's a noname brand...for example I can only use spray, anything else and I get a rash.

Put your deoderant on in the morning and shave armpits in the evening. Sometimes doing them at the same time can cause bumps and itching. Change your razor often and stick with unscented deoderant.
