Just wondering...milk does help ur bones but does adding nesquick to it..does that take away the effects of regular milk?

its fattening so therefore it cant be good for you but at least you are getting milk products.

I think it is fine whenever my 7 year old wants me to make chocolate milk for him at meals or get it at a drive thru instead of pop i am perfectly ok with it and it is healthy for him!

It doesn't change the effects milk. It just adds a bunch of sugar.

It adds sugar and calories, but does not diminish the inherant values of milk.
