Dark spots?

What is the best remedy to get rid of them. I'm African American and I have spots on my arms from a rash I got last month. The spots turned very dark and look bad when you get close. Also, I have scabs sometimes on my chest and legs for no reason. Anybody know what this could be from?

Try Cosmelan 2----that actually works---it was the only thing that got rid of my melasma.
