.. waits for you after a certain class almost everyday what would you think? Is it a sign of interest as more than a friend? ( with the waiting the guy would also not mind being late to his next class just to talk to you..)

It's probably interest, but it could be either to be honest. Don't be afraid to probe further. The only way you'll ever truly know is if you ask him in some way.
