Both sound pretty good and each have their own benefits. I'll eat an apple, spinach, and a banana in the day, too definitely, so it seems like I can leave off the fruit. But I can also leave the cheese since I'll be having yogurt and a smoothie...I might even have milk with dinner depending on what we're having. I'll be eating PB&J for protein, too, so...?

I'd go with the string cheese. I love peeling all the bits off and wrapping the mini strings around my tongue, just like ya do when you're a kid.
