please tell me how to break the news to her. I think she kinda likes me but im not to sure so please also give me tips on how to figure out if a girl likes you.

Nice try, but you'll NEVER figure it out! Take it slow, ask to go for a slushie or something. Why not ask your Dad?
I wouldn't worry too much about it, you sound pretty young. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you're going to get your heart broken more times than you can count, cry more tears than it takes to fill the River Liffey, and not enjoy things for awhile.

First Big Step, get to know her or get to know each other well. Give her small gestures that you like her(one step at a time) because a girl doesn't like being rushed.(but of course it depends on her personality(that's why it is best to do step no.1) then Step two, if you think you're comfortable being with each other then you could start to ask her for a date(wouldn't hurt) then the rest will follow :) Follow your heart because that would really get you somewhere. Just be yourself. If you are yourself you can't go wrong. Just walk up to her and tell her flat out how she makes you feel, avoid trying to beat around the bush. If you have something nice to say she will more than likely listen and be flattered by what you have said. Be confident in yourself, us girls love that. Best of luck to you!!!:)

you must find it out for yourself. Ask her friend/best friend.. Or if she's looking at you every time you past by or in your classes.. Be one of her friends... If you like her then go court her...

either drop hints, or just flat out tell him. maybe do it in a cute way. but make sure this is something you want to get into.
