correct me if im wrong but i believe only Zetec spec ford cars come with the Zetec type engine. SE would probably stand for standard edition or second edition and the Zetec would be a slightly higher spec than this.

You have a 2.0 L Zetec. 130 hp, 135 tq

Starting in 2001 the SE Wagon's standard engine was the zetec. Prior to 2001 the standard engine was the 110hp 2.0 non-zetec engine

I am pretty sure that the 2.0 Liter, 110 HP Zetec engine was the standard engine for a 2001 Focus wagon.

Look at the engine most of the time if it is ztec it will say it on the intake or valvecover.

if the rocker cover says zetec SE then its most likely to be a 1.6 or 1.4, they arent ford designed engines (yamaha!)

a black or silver top rocker cover with zetec stamped would be a 1.8 or 2.0 (known as zetec E) they have a range of 105/115/130133bhp.

this is a british view, dont know what americans have.
