The trans fats are what I look at most and since it has 0 I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just don't have too much of it in one day though.

A few other things to look at -
Fiber - the higher the fiber, the more it counteracts the fat grams. This is a major rule of thumb that the weight watchers program follows. Also, even though it says "0 trans fat", look at "saturated fat" - if it has saturated fat, it has trans fat. There is a level of trans fat allowed before it is listed as anything besides "0". That can be Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, etc.
Also, drink lots of water!

5 grams of fat isn't bad... what's the protein? If there's very little protein (like none at all), then this is not the best fat -- it's the kind of fat that will not be productively broken down, but will go right to your hips!

One glass won't hurt you, but it is just one part of your diet. If you are on a particular fitness regimen or diet, you need to take into account whatever other limitations you might have. For example, it is not exactly the type of drink that someone on a low-carb diet would date. If you are counting fat grams, you just need to watch what else you eat.

It would depend on the size you are talking about, like is that for 2oz or for 6oz, it would depend. But it does not sound that bad, I mean 5grams of fat is not too much.
