the person behind our house has a low fence so for this last week (since they got the dog on monday of last week) the full grown horny dog has been jumping the fence and raping my poor dog cody!!! i dont want to call the cops but i dont want my dog pregnant even though its not mating season. i talked to the people and they said they would keep the dog in the house more often until they got the fence hightened but today i asked them about it again ( since they still left their dog outside for hours and they didnt keep their promise) and they acted like they had no clue what i was talking about.what should i do???

You could call and ask Animal Control or the ASPCA office in your area.

Prepare for puppies - there isn't a female dog alive who can't show her teeth to a lust filled male - unless she's in heat (in which case it ain't rape...)
And there ain't no mountain (or fence) high enough to stop a male from getting to a female in heat ....
Dogs don't have a "breeding season" females cycle on their owen personal scedule
