Hi, my name is Jazmine. I'm a FEMALE by the way! lol Dont be fooled by this little icon here. I'm 15, 5'5, and i weight 130 pounds. I want to go down to 125 and lose 5 pounds in a MONTH. What i'm doing right now, is that i'm eating a small portion of breakfast with no dairy, fruits in the day, and i eat a regular school lunch, which is a chicken sandwich (no mayo, cheese, lettuce). For dinner i eat nothing, and i excersise for an hour and sometimes even more. Will this work? and if not, what will?

You need to make sure you're eating meals! Don't skip out on meals and don't starve yourself--that doesn't work! Be sure to eat healthy and include fruits AND veggies!
Drink water!! A lot of water each day! It really does help with weight loss.
You already exercise--keep that up!!

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Good luck!

sweetie... you need to eat dinner. In fact, you should be eating 5 - 6 small meals per day. Breakfast should be egg whites, oatmeal, berries and 8 oz. water. a mid morning snack could be an apple and a dozen almonds.

Lunch could be a salad and a can of tuna packed in water with a squirt of lemon juice.

Afternoon snack 1 cup of fat free plain yogurt mixed with one scoop of your favourite flavoured protein powder and some fresh berries

Supper, 3 oz. grilled fish, 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 cip steamed brocolli.

Snack, protein shake or hardboiled egg and celery sticks

have 8 oz water with each meal. You have to fuel your body properly to lose weight. Don't skip meals or your body will actually store fat to use later for energy ( you have tricked it into thinking you are starving).

keep up the exercise, and add some resistance training, if you have not done so already.

By the way, calcium has, in some studies, been shown to be rather effective in weight loss in women. Non fat dairy is a great addition to your nutrition regime, as it will give you your aclcium requirement, and a nice punch of protein.

actually, you should eat heavier portion of breakfast (70% full) and a lighter portion of lunch. If you eat small portion of breakfast and still hungry, the body will absorb even more nutrients than necessary during lunch. this cause increase in weight. perhaps you can eat fruits for dinner instead of nothing.

our body has "anti-starvation" system, the metabolism will decrease when the intake of food decreases.. the amount of energy stored is still the same, leading to no weight-loss.

try to exercise in the morning or afternoon, but not at night... the energy depleted in the night is much lesser than in the morning.

also, there is extreme diet plan that last for 5 days... that is to sleep these 5 days eating minimal or vital amount of food and water.. few actress uses this technique but this is extremely unhealthy.

you can drop around 20-30 pounds (not the extreme plan!!) if you can maintain around 2-3 good and extremely healthy, balanced meals per day.. ^^.. good luck

DONT STOP EATING like you are. The real thing to do is eat 5-6 small meals, so ur body keeps on digesting. Otherwise, u store up fat, like the children in africa with beer bellys, even though they starve. Drink plenty of water, and keep up with the exercise. I hear lemon juise or lime juice mixed with water in the morning on an empty stomach helps boost metabolism. Eat salads and balance it out with low fat and low carb things. If you are truely dedicated, u will lose it no prob. What are u tryin to lose weight for anyway? your only 130.

Ok,
first of all, you are a healthy weight so you don't need to lose any!!
But you shouldn't skip meals!
It is much better to eat 5-6 small meals a day consisting of a lot of fruits, veggies, water, and meat.
Eating small meals a day more frequently keeps your metabolism moving quicker, which of course, will help you lose more weight.
