Which is better Trek 4300 WSD or Specialized Hardrock Sport womens? also what size would i need im 5'4" small frame?

I'd recommend the Specialized Hardrock Sport-Womens. Looking at the geometry chart, you'd probably have to go with the 13" size, maybe the 15" if you want to push it. You're better off going to the Specialized dealer and have them measure you. That would be your best bet.

If you are gonna do a lot of serious off-road riding, get the Hardrock. If you are a trail rider, either bike will work well.

Go with the Specialized. I'll tell you now, Specialized made in China, Trek made in USA. I don't know........
