I have this cluster of tiny water blisters on the my toe. Any ideas of what it might be? I heard it might be some sort of althletes foot, which i have had in the past.

It could be from friction from shoes that don't fit right, or a sock with a rough seam, or it could also be a fungal infection. Friction usually causes a big blister along with soreness (unless you are diabetic). So, its most likely athlete's foot. Medicated powder during the day and ointment at night should clear up a fungal infection.
