What does morphine do?
Is it good for health?
My doctor told me to take this pills about 2 times a day.
After watching Lorenzo's oil, I am not sure if I should take this pills anymore.
Please advise.

Are you in some serious pain? Those are highly addictive.

I know that it can be used as a pain suppresent, but that it is also highly addictive and is the principal agent in opium. Also, like a few other pain relieving drugs it can cause nightmares and can have a host of other side effects. I believe Johnny Cash at one point became addicted to it and later on in life after a painful surgery or accident, refused to take morphine for pain relief in fear that he might become addicted again. So at the end of the day you'll have to decide how much pain you are in and whether you should use the drug. You should also talk to a doctor or pharmacist in regards to taking them.
