Allah the only one God gave to Adam and Abraham prophets the principles of monotheism.But after that their descendants spread out and lived in the various places and made a various tribes.God has given 3 holy books for life guide (1)Zabur to David prophet and his people (2)Torach to Moses prophet and his jewish people (3)Bible/Injil to Jesus/Isa Almasih prophet and jewish people..The 3 holy books has been changed by the people so it were not original anymore.
God gave the last life guide that is Al Qur'an through Muhammad pbuh prophet for all humans in this world. not not for certain race or tribe.Paulus made Bible for all humans but not God's intention

Prophets did not come for "races". They usually came with a message, often for a single person, sometimes for a group of people, and the message was usually a warning...
