Yes it is wonderful to keep them warm. Just make sure its on low setting and place a folded towel right on top of the heating pad, then the pups on the towel.

Yes but be very careful. Make sure the puppies are in an enclosed area away from any drafts and weather, preferably a nice quiet room in the house. You can use the pad but make sure it is wrapped well in a couple towels or a blanket so it makes more of a radiant heat, the pad is on low or med if the towels/blanket are thick and that the puppies and mom can get away from it if they get too hot. Check them often to make sure they are not getting too hot. COngrats on the pups

A heating pad works great for puppies. Make sure tho that it isn't oh high, and that you wrap it in a blanket or a fluffy towel, and have it off to the side and away so that the puppies can move towards it if they need heat but also move away from it if they get too warm.

Yes. Just make sure the heating pad doesn't come in direct contact with them. Place a towel or blanket between the pad and the pups.

Yes, just don't turn it on too high.Feel it and if it's overly hot for your hand then it will be way too hot for the puppies.
