That may explain why God is watching us closely every moment yet we can't see him.

If God created all things then it stands to reason that he would be in all dimensions.

For me, Thursday is the day to discuss the nature of Time. I'd like to answer your question then, if you don't mind.

I've heard that time is considered the fourth dimension, so technically, we live in 4.

Excellent illustration of all dimensions and all time as one, Sunman! If all of Time exists as a continuum and there are additional dimensions Man hasn't been able to quantify or even identify the possibility of, they might also exist in similar continua. A point would have coordinates in all dimensions and the movement of that point might be directed in such a way that all appearances are to the one-way journey of the universe through Time. If this is an illusion borne of our limited understanding of the universe (or universes), then indeed we cannot understand anything in fullness owing to our incomplete information. But in order to have complete information, we must see all the dimensions and their relationships to each other. So, in order to understand God (as defined as one who is omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent), we must BE God. Thus, I don't understand. But I'm ok with that.
