How to relieve leg aches?

My legs are suddenly aching which is weird since all I am doing is just sitting down and typing on the keyboard. I am a natural fast walker and my legs do not ache when I walk.

Probably minor dehydration, drink some water. It could also be low potassium, talk to your doctor because some medications can zap the potassium in your system.

Actually bananas are a good source of nutrition which is actually suppose to help decrease leg cramps or Charlie horses. You might want to try it out and see if they will work

Lay on the floor and do some leg stretches like you can pull your leg up to back and do stuff like that.

massage your legs they r problem use to being use alot and sitting down u do not use your muscle, so that's y it should be hUrting if it continues contact ur doctor, BC their could be something wrong like a blood clot or something

hellk mellk, i greta mich not know; an you don know. we don't know. somebody must write in and help us abo0t leg aches. we already heard the usual bus. ithink the stats really screw legs up and maybe all my meds including lantus and limictal and ambian and lyrica, and clonzepam and another insulinand bear creek clam base. other stuff i cannot find at the momnent messing up my damn memory. what do yo wnat to kknow.?one

Put a "Salon Pas" on it. Put some of those sticky pads where it hurts or put some hot bottled water on it.
