I actually do shave my arms and it's no big deal. The hair does not grow back thicker or faster. But just like a man's 5 o'clock shadow, you'll have to shave every day or two. My arms are hairy and the hairs are dark brown, so I most generally shave every day in the summer, less often in the winter when I'm wearing long-sleeved shirts and sweaters.

Arm hair does not grow back thicker or darker. Shaving your arm hair is no big deal. I've shaved mine.waxed them .I've used Nair. If you shave them, just remember that when it starts to grow back it will be a little prickly. I take the hair off my arms all the time though and use lotion,so it's not a big deal. You may want to try some of that Veet hair remover.Anyways, I have never regretted taking the hair off my arms becuase it was brown and kind of long,it looked gross.

I wouldn't do it myself for a few reasons...but I am not you, you might have a good reason as to why you would need to do this. My sister in-law used to shave her arms for a while and now that she has stopped...it looks like she has a chia pet growing on them and the hair is now so dark. But I do not know if it is from her shaving them at one point or if maybe that is why she started shaving them in the first place.

I shave my arms. Started when I was in HS. I haven't done it in a few months, but it hasn't grown back any thicker or darker or anything since before, if anything it's a lot thinner. But everybody is different. It's kinda weird when it starts growing back out, you have prickles on your arms. But I like the nice clean look of my arms when I shave them. So it's really up to you and what you want to do. The first time though, you wont be able to stop rubbing your arm, it'll be sooooo smooth.

If you want to remove arm hair don't shave, it might be easier but it will grow back thicker. Wax it instead it will cause the hair to grow back thinner and over time completely reduce the amount of hair that will grow on your arms. I have been waxing my legs for 6 years (after 4 years of shaving them) and i now have areas that hair doesn't grow. Get them waxed professionally too so you don't have missed areas.

If you have to get rid of the hair, don't shave it. You don't want stubble on your arm do you? If it's blonde, just leave it. If it's dark or thick, try bleaching it first. If you still want it all gone, wax it instead of shaving.

I say wax if anything. Shaving is bad news. You could also get laser hair tx..about $150 per session (3-5 sessions required)

If you want to get rid of forearm hair you should wax it. Do not shave it off.

I have hairy arms too.
I shave them and i DON'T need to do often.
The hair on your arms is thinner than the hair on your legs so it's less noticeable when it grows back in.
