Well, if he was like any other president, whenever congress wanted him to. But if he was the real Jesus, probably never. But if he was the imaginary "real" Jesus, i.e., badass with a machine gun, probably every day of the week.

Jesus, as with many Sages taught Peace.
First thing to do when in office would be to build a Department of Peace and spend billions and billions of dollars on it each month.
Which would bring people around the world together and Peace would prevail.

Peace would drive the economy... no need for WAR

Oh well, nice thought

our current President BUSH spends Billions and billions on the culture and economy of WAR.
Yet he professes to be a "Christian Leader" hummmm

There are no conditions under which He would declair War... Jesus is a benovelant Spiritual leader...His control of His Kingdom is beyond your and my understanding...

Apparently any condition is just fine, Christianity is incontestably responsible for more wars and death than any know group in the history of all time. You can thumb that down but you still know it is true in your heart.

If you have read the Bible, God is not as all loving as many preachers would like you to believe. There were many holy wars on "wicked" nations.
