My husband found a pill mixed with another RX that we have. Of course, we will take it to the pharmacy and find out what it is for sure, but I just wondered if any of you might be ably to identify it for me.
It is small, round, white, and has 25 printed on one side and TOP on the other.
Thanks for any help you might be able to give.

Maybe Topamax (25 mg).

TOPIRAMATE (Topamax) is effective in helping to control seizures (convulsions) in adults or children with various forms of epilepsy. Topiramate may also be prescribed for other conditions, such as prevention of migraine headaches.

Topamax 25 mg
This medicine is an anticonvulsant used alone or with other medicines to control certain types of seizures. It may be also used to prevent migraine headaches or to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
You are lucky that you noticed the different pill in the bottle and didn't take it by accident since there is a possibility that there are contraindications in taking the two medications together. Take care.
