i snitch on my coworkers. my boss makes me tell on my coworkers and then they are mad at me. I don't want to not say anything then the mgr will think i am protecting them. what should i do? everyone hates me and i don't like to be in this situation. i love this job but i hate my boss using me to find out stuff. i don't know what to do . help with any suggestions. thanks :)

I have been in a place like that.. "SMILE" you have to think about you and put ur self first. Think about this "If one of those other people was in your shoes what do u think they would do?" I'm not saying things to be mean are anything but you have to work it to make it.... you have to make ur money to pay ur bills...

well you have to decide, would you rather be in a good relation ship with your coworkers or, have your boss use you for finding stuff out?
You just said it yourself! "i hate being in this situation" THEN CHANGE THE SITUATION!
My suggestion would be to stop snitching on them.
Trust me, you will love your job even more if you realize that having friends at work is a lot better then snitching on them.

are you an assistant manager or have a lead position in some way? If not you don't owe your boss anything unless he or she is going to pay you more and give you a raise. my advice would be to stay out of it and say you dont know or you didnt see a thing.

Next time he asks you for information just tell him you haven't heard anything or didn't know that was going on. It will take a long time (if ever) for your co workers to see you are trying to change. If it gets too bad, find another job.
