My father died and i would like to serve in the U.S. Army, my step mother is asking me to undergo a fathernity test. would it be possible to do so.And where can i go to get tested, i'm here in the Philippines

Nope...I was in til 78, and never gave a DNA sample...Maybe much later.

No. They didn't start until the early 1990's, after the first Gulf War, and then it was only for new recruits at that time. The law that setup the DNA database forbids the kind of testing you are interested in.

You can't join the US army unless you are a US citizen or Green Card holder. You are neither and thus not eligible. Sorry.

Actually, I believe that it was in the late 80's that DNA became common knowledge, either way, check with the Army. Good Luck !!
