I asked this question a while ago - to LDS members, here was the best answer:
The countries where we do not have any missionaries:
Middle East countries
All African countries except for Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Ethiopia, and South Africa (we do have missions in those countries).
Mainland China, Cuba, North Korea
We do have humanitarian couple missionaries in some of those countries, but we don't have proselyting missionaries.
Countries where we don't have North American missionaries (meaning US and Canadian):
Haiti
Philippines Davao Mission
Philippines Cagayan De Oro Mission
Countries where we can't send Canadians, but we can send US Missionaries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Chezh Rep, Denmark, Fiji, Poland, Portugal, Norway, Madagascar and Germany Munich/Austria Mission
So there's the Mormon side of it...and yes, we do believe the gospel must be preached to all the world before the Second Coming of Christ.

I'm not certain. When I was in Nigeria in the late 80's there was a tribe there that had just heard the gospel for the first time. And there were still others there that had never heard the gospel. I assume there are other places in Africa due to wars and such going on where no one has been yet.

Believe it or not there are still people in remote regions who have not had an opportunity to hear the Gospel. Some folks from my church just got back from a mission trip to Guiana and the church they visited was the only one for hundreds of miles. One man rowed a boat for 3 days to get to church. There are regions in Alaska where the people have never heard the Gospel. And all sorts of other places.

I personally don't know any areas that the Gospel hasn't been preached or taught, yet I'm sure there are still some. That would be a tough guess to make.

I don't know the answer to this question. There are places of course where Christians are not allowed to go. That can be places where the gospel has not been preached.

Number one : Mormons, Jehovah's witnesses, and catholics all follow false doctrine. Therefore, they worship false Christs. Their 'spreading' of the gospel does not count. At least not unto righteousness.
I am not sure where the gospel has NOT been taken, but I have met and listened to a man preach the gospel with power and authority through the Holy Spirit of God. God has used him to spread the gospel of truth to more places than perhaps even Paul did.
This man's name is Brother B. H. Clendennen. He founded and runs the school of Christ International. He is taking the gospel into places where atheism has ruled for over 75 years, and God is CRUSHING atheism in these places. There are places where he has started a school of Christ that he cannot even name, because it would put the people who run it in mortal danger..
You can check out this working of miracles through the power of God by going to school of christ international dot com. Surf all the dropdown menus, etc. He is truly a wonder of God himself at 87 years young. He does more in a day at his age than many people 60 years younger do.
I praise God for teachers like Bro. Clendennen. They hit you right where you live, and listening to him will make most any Christian want to change to better himself in their walk with the Father in Christ.
Check it out. If you love the Lord, you will be glad that you did.

it says tribe and nation, I know not all tribes in the sudan have been reached 1 more i believe , over 40 in kenya all reached, so if you go country by country there will be many not reached, and what it means 1 saved in each tribe maybe all have heard the gospels, but 1 needs to be saved from that tribe,
saved means to believe in the risen Christ according to the gospels, that rules out a lot of the ones you mention, the muslim believe in Christ but only as a profet,

all nations have been preached at all times, the stars and moon, also the rainbow are reminder that God is real. the bible doesn't say Jesus will come back when all nations have the gospel, they already do. he is waiting for his father to let him.

I think that it is impossible to know what only God could know, because He set the standard. It is his statement to the accuracy of who is the last person to accept or reject, his free gift. but He has given clear understanding that will be happening while He waits for everything to line up in the progressive state of those prophetic events that He reveals in His Word. How could we know? The Bible is our guide, and our strength, and it is His message for man to read, and understand.
