You have to change his account type. You can limit what he does so that he cannot change the settings you set for his account. Go to Start, Control panel, User accounts. Make sure the account (sign on) you are using is set to administrator then make sure you set a password for your account then change his account to limited. He will be able to use the programs but not add or delete anything. Make sure you check what programs he has running on his account by logging in on his account, checking what his desktop icons go to by actually clicking on them and seeing what comes up. Don't forget to check the start menu, the task bar icons and the quick start programs on the task bar as well as clicking on the >> (more programs) symbol. Good Luck and Good Parenting!

why don't you basically put on a password to log on the computer and include screen saver passwords and etc.... or give him a guest account or a normal standard account or a limited account so he can only use the control panel to change things in his user name not yours....if your the administrator he cant access nothing of yours.
