i'm have a problem with my fuel pump some times it turns on and some times it don't witch will make it not run. i have replace the fuel pump and fuel filter and fuel pump sending Unit and i have replace the Fuel Tank. why is it doing this please help

your logic module is malfunctioning, from the sounds of it.
it's located on the passenger side, behind the kickpanel.
this computer is responsible for the heavier electrical
current components.these computers only last so long.
also if it is not sending a clear signal to the main on board computer, this will result in an automatic fuel pump, cut off mode, which will cause the pump to cut out, or stop working.
there about 40.00$ for a used one.

if all has been change, how bout the ignition switch/fusebox are you sure the wiring is correct terminal for the fuel pump?
some cars use another relay/circuit to control the pump speed.. (when lo throttle the pump is in lo suckin action, when hi-throttle the pump also full boost..vice-versa) this can be find on a car WITHOUT the return fuel line..

Check the fuel pump safety shut off switch.
