Oh yeah! It is said in Matthew 18:6, Mark 9:42 and in Luke 17:2 all roughly the same thing. I shall quote Matthew because my Bible is open to that spot. To start with a bit of background reference, I shall back up a few verses and go to the end of this particular subject.
"Whoever then humbles himself as a child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." -Now he goes from a figurative to a literal meaning of a child:
"And whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me; but whoever causes one of them to stumble (referencing here and other times in this chapter before and after these verses that stumbling is the act of sinning), it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea."
For starters he already causes a millstone heavy but to put it into perspective, millstones were usually AT LEAST 3 feet in diameter, and several inches thick and so would be at the very least 1/4 of a ton or 500 pounds hung around your neck and thrown into the deeper parts of the sea. Yikes!!! Anyway, there it is. Hope it helped.

Girls were often married at puberty and the Bible says nothing about the practice, so in a modern, legal sense, it is a yes and no question... It was not wrong to marry a 13 or 14 year old "woman" in New Testament times.

Sexual sins are listed in the Old Testament very vividly. The following is found in the New Testament.
Mark 9
42"And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck.

In the Bible it states that you must obey the law of your land, so if it against the law of your land then yes. Also it states that sex is for marriage, so if you are not married to the child in question, then yes. In some cultures it is still OK to marry very young girls, something we would consider pedophelia in this country.

not really just have to bear in mind that mary must have been about 14 when she delivered so they didnt have these idea of paedophilia since at that time chidhood was a very short period and they didnt protect children so much as we do today...and about the above quotes..."little one who believes in me"....with the little ones "who don´t believe in me" you can do whatever you want
