You mean how do you make a guy do this? You don't, if he likes you he'll ask you out. If you just need a "plus one" ask a guy friend.

There are many ways. A few of them are : the guy will text or phone you & invite you to be his partner for the night, the guy will ask you in school if you can be his partner for the night, and some other ways.

If they are providing drinks i suggest the guy getting two and taking one to her then after he talks for a little while with her he asks her to dance, it might be easier to start half way through a song... thanks for asking
