YES you can but considering your age still 15 it is better for you to remain friends instead of lovers. When everybody knows you are in love they will usually dismiss it as just infatuation, a product of the changing hormone levels in your growing body. YOu will be for sure attracted to the opposite sex but be careful, it could be out of control and you'll end up being pregnant.
When you're just friends, you will retain many if not most of your friends because you are free. Quarrel will be at minimal or absent because you are just friends.
TRue love means sacrificing a lot for your special one. It not just being attracted to him physically but acceptance of what he is despite the ofs.
Common enjoy meeting a lot more boys. Just be friends but if after a while you're realy sure he is the one, then go ahead fall in love but be careful

Nothing is impossible and dont let anybody tell you differently, i cant tell you if you are in true love only you will know that but i just thought id let you know that yes it is possible but dont make any big decisions like getting married or anything even if it is true love 15 is way to young for anything drastic... all in all it is very possible to be in love at that age, thanks for asking

No everyone I know who was in love was broken up a week later and some people have been in "love" many times this year call me a pecimist but I say no way
