Depends what you mean... all biological functions of our body (including cognition) are governed by physics down to a sub-atomic level. Really, brain chemtistry (which causes you to choose the actions you do) is controled by the same factors. So while you DO have free choice, and you DO make decisions, the decisions you make are the result of chemical and physical reactions happening to you and around you. So, you might wonder why we can't predict the future... and that is partially because of the Heisenburg uncertainty principle - you cannot know they exact position and velocity of electrons. The more you know of one, the less you know of the other.

Your ENTIRE life depends on the choices you make and some from outside influence. The Christian belief that God knows our future and planned out our days is only that He knows what decisions we are going to make and what He plans to do with those decisions. The thing is, God is not limited by time. That is, He is not in time as we know it. Imagine having the ability to freeze time and move freely throughout history hitting "play" and changing what you want. God is everywhere at once because He can be listening to your prayer and somone on the other side of the world's prayer at the same time because He can move freely within time and is not bound by it in any way. The whole scenario of pausing time is not exactly right, but it is a close comprehensable comparison.
God also has this system that He uses to influence and give opportunity for people to make the right decisions (such as accepting the sacrafice of Jesus for our sins), but He will not change your mind directly. That is...He leaves the free-will part up to you. Faith is indicated as very important. There is a difference between Faith and Knowledge. Faith is trusting something even though you don't know everything about it. Just because I can't answer all the questions about Christianity or the existance of God, does not mean that I should not believe it. What is truth is truth whether I believe it or not.
Therefore your days are known, but not planned out. There is no predetermined destiny.

No. That's why we have free will.
You are assured of 3 things. 1 you are born. 2 you will pay taxes. And 3, you will eventually die.
What you do inbetween all three of the above is between you, your conscience and your God.
Answer: The plan is ... there are no plans.
And if you spot a 67 Chevy lowrider with a bobble headed Jesus on the back deck ... DO NOT follow it.

That's what Psalms says, and it MUST be true because the bible is the literal word of God! It's God who plans wvery moment from birth to death, and is responsible for everyone's lives.
But that also means that all abortions, murders, wars, accidents, diseases, and other atrocities are all part of God's plan, right? Gee, no wonder I don't follow Christianity; who needs a God like that?

Yes. God is sovereign over all of life. He is the Lord of every part of our lives. We do have the ability to make choices, but He knew of, He even planned what we would do before we were born. It is hard to understand the truth of this, but it is what the Infinite, Eternal God is made of.
