I have liked this guy for quite a while.. and I know for a fact that he's liked me at least twice before.. HOwever im starting to get somewhat over him because he doesnt at least make the effort to talk to me or leave me comments on myspace.. or anything like that [b/c we dont go to the same school] and im always having to talk to him first.. and i absolutely hate it..
i mean i really miss talking to him but i dont always want to be the first to initiate it..
what should i do?
should i talk to him first..
or wait forever?

omg i had the same problem! he never talked to me, i always had to start convos with him and it annoyed me for sooo long. So anyway I finally gave up and stopped talking to him and now he starts convos with me ahahaha reverse phycology or how ever you spell it. Give him time, the one secret about guys is they always come back. Remember that, don't ever forget it its essential. So now I suggest you wait, it could be a week, or 2 or 3 or 4? I mean look at it this way, the later he talks to you the more you to have to talk about!
Good Luck Girlie!!

I'm really not a fan of long distance relationships unless the couple has been together for at least a year, and here you guys aren't even together!!
If you want to keep having a crush on him (hey, crushes are fun... ) then by all means keep on leaving him messages and whatnot.
BUT, so that you don't get discouraged or irritated, start looking around in your own school for guys. And remember, if you *do* find somebody at your own school, you are under no obligation to this guy to explain, or to say "goodbye" or anything like that. If he really likes you, he can, and should, take some initiative once in a while.

I'm in that position too right now and I'm not making the first converstion b/c I have my pride. I think of it as their pride is more important than anything in the world and they do not know how to talk to you first. I have a friend that pissed me off few days ago b/c he said things with attitude so i got mad and i didn't talk to him and he has his own pride that's SO important that he won't even talk to me. But I know that if I try to talk to him, he's gona do the same thing again.
So what I'm trying to say is that, this isn't going to happen once or twice in your life time, so I suggest to practice keeping your pride (reasonably, sometimes; like in your case right now) and wait until he realizes how important you are.
hope that helped! g'luck! :)

If you see this guy, just look over at him. Stop initiating contact. Give him a chance to chase you. If he doesn't make any effort than forget about him.

Then just get over him! Because if he's not asking you out and making an effort then forget him because he doesn't like you that way.

Why can't you continue to talk to him and be content to have him as a friend. If you feel you contribute too much more than you receive, then drop it completely.

It probably would be better to move on; you may be waiting a long time for him to contact you. I know it will be hard to do, but you can do it.
