Yes I can relate 100%. I do see a Chiropractor for my discompfort and pain. The guy with the first answer is totally off base.. If it weren't for my Chiropractor I would be in such terrible pain. I have 2 pinched nerves in my neck and bulging disc as well. As for my back I have also a pinched nerve, which cause me a great deal of hip pain, My Chir adjusts me and I feel so much better. Medications only mask the problem, so I just do the Chiro thing due to I am not one to take a bunch of pills. Do stretches when you can, and be gentle not to over do it. The machine they call is a DV600 something like there, here in the Midwest we have a place that uses that. Its called The Rejuvination Center. I hear alot of success with patients atleast 86% that they are pain free, because of it.. good Luck..

Chiropractic care will only cause you more pain for a bulging disc. They now have a new procedure wherein they actually place you on a stretcher like table. They're doing it instead of surgery now. I wish I could remember the name for you. In the meantime ice for 10 minutes, then heat and repeat.
