& what about leftover hotdogs from Saturday? I want to be on the safe side. I don't want to get sick. But @ the same time, I'm on a fixed income & only get $13 in foodstamps.

I think that might be pushing it a little. Throw them out to be safe. Next time take you left overs and freeze them in individual portions. You can use plastic containers or ziplock bags.

Depends on just how cold your refrigerator is.
I keep mine around 40F and wouldn't have any problem with leftovers from Saturday.

I agree about freezing hot dogs...when you get a good deal at the supermarket, buy a few packs like I do and throw them into the freezer...they'll keep for months (same with the buns).

When in doubt...the nose knows.

If the fish was completely cooked and and properly refrigerated, it should be fine. If you're worried about it, just make sure and heat it completely (above 140 degrees) before you eat it. As for the hot dogs, you could probably eat those next month (not really, but they will last a long time). Just heat them completely also. Happy eating!

in general if properly refrigerated I keep left overs for 7 days. After that throw them away. Alternatively you can freeze leftovers and keep them for up to 6 months before freezer burn sets in and starts to spoil your food.
