I have noticed that, when I drink dark sodas from fast food restaurants, the color of my urine is lighter and sometimes almost clear compared to dark sodas from the bottle. Does this mean anything or not?

Tashana, that is because your body is hydrated, and your urine is coming out he color it should be (light yellow tint to clear). I don't know what's going on with Tyrone, though.... I thought caffeine dehydrates your body, so it should be coming out yellow....

your urine is dark or darker because it has a lot of sugar in it. try drinking more water to flush out your system. the more water you drink the clearer your urine will be.

i don't think it means anything. I know when I drink alot of water my urine comes out almost clear.

no. the more liquids you drink the clearer it is. you are just more hydrated than when you have yellow urine. when you start getting red urine, thats when i would worry.
