TASER is an acronym for :
Thomas
A.
Swift
Electric
Rifle
(don't ask me why they call it that). So I think the proper tem would be TASERed. The proper law enforcement term would be "deployment of TASER" or "TASER was deployed". You don't say "shot with TASER". I got into trouble for that once.

We are instructed to say something to the affect of, "DROP THE WEAPON OR I AM GOING TO TASE YOU!" Never thought about it more than that.

I like to say, "if you don't comply darts will fly." After they do fly you just say you "lit" em up, as with electricity.
