I am i 14 year old and under weight and nothing seems to work.

You are a teen. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teens have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. You should take whey protein, it'll help you bulk up safely without clogging your arteries using the other route (eating fatty foods).

You may have an overactive Thyroid. You need to have blood tests to determine this.

eat tons of complex carbs. that's what footballers and such do. lots of pasta and potatoes.
