Go to America and hang out where the italian americans hang out. Otherwise go online or put an ad in the paper or something saying that you are looking for an Italian American girl.

Try some birds of London and ferry across the Mersy to Liverpool. Might discover there is more than Italian. One caution. Italian food (I mean cooking!) is better than British. Maybe you can find a bird who loves pasta! MMM Strix, Toodles!
